Quality VS Quantity

Just as if you were at the gym, it doesn’t matter how many push ups you do if you are not doing it correctly. You can be doing something millions of times but if it’s not done correctly are you really learning the right way?

This saying has probably been used throughout our lifetime once. If you have not heard of it, then we are gladly to introduce this to you.

Define Quality

it’s what we value and view from personal perspective.

In our daily lives it’s how we represent our works and also representing ourselves. Being efficient and doing work with the best of our ability is what makes our work great quality.

In items quality is something we can use long term and that will be durable. Just like our sensual sinner set, we compared our materials to the lingerie we buy from stores and it’s quite a difference. Our apparel had more thickness unlike the typical thin and super stretchy material. Hence the collection to be limited edition because of its unique and expensive material.

Define Quantity

The amounts that is given or made. This is important balance of having more but also made perfect or same value.

In our experience when Sensual Sinner was in the making, there were more found

incomplete/defect items to our surprise. Thankfully we did find them early and just in time to be fixed before sales went out.

Lesson learned to double check for quality instead of being excited of quantity because it can turn around and bite you.

Why it’s important for your business?

If you overstock and have too much inventory you lose money. You need that balance to either break even or gain profit.

A new customer buys your product for the very first time, the first impression is all it takes to get the word out.

This is more a lesson and tip when dealing with future selling because there is always high competition. Just need to ask yourself what makes your stand out compared to the rest?
