4. Meditate
No you don’t have to go to yoga or sit criss cross apple sauce in public and hum to yourself. You can simply lay in bed or on a couch, hammock, chair, etc. Just close your eyes for a few minutes and enter a peaceful state of mind. Relaxing with a positive clear mind.
5. Google The Things You Want in Life
Looking at a nice car you’ve dreamed of having one day, or a beautiful place somewhere across the world, or even the body you've always wanted, doesn’t that push you enough? Thinking that, that can be you one day in the future will hit that spark of ambition.
6. Visionboard
For the artsy and creative people this will be enjoyable! Print and cut out all the pieces you’ll want to see in your future; a mansion, a penthouse in one of the most expensive & busy cities, attending to elite events, travelling all over the world, the list could go on. What you visualize in your future attracts the same energy towards you.

7. Have your minute meltdown..
What we forget sometimes is to have a minute to yourself and let out all the anger and emotion. There’s only so much one can handle. We forget we’re human and it’s okay to react to stressful moments to yourself.

Backtrack from day one. Why did you start this entire thing? What moved you to making this decision? Did you envision yourself having free time, travelling, and being your own boss? There’s a motive for every decision you make so why stop now? Keep going, one small step at a time beats not making a step forward at all.
